It's easy to return your bike or accessory.

At Mendham Bicycle Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to file for a refund. To initiate the refund process, please fill out the form below, providing us with your order details and reason for the return.

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, and included items are returned as well. Please note that bicycles discounted over 40% are considered final sale, and are only eligible for returns or refunds if it's determined they arrived damaged.

• Once your refund request is received and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please affix this label to the original packaging and arrange for the return shipment.

• Refunds will be processed upon the safe return and inspection of the item. We will carefully assess its condition to ensure it meets the required criteria for a refund.

• Please note that any damage to the item or missing items may result in a reduction of the refund amount or a denial of the refund request. We recommend taking care when packaging and shipping the bike back to us.

• Please note that undamaged returns (buyers remorse) need to be returned in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  A refund will be issued within 10 business days after the item is inspected for damage. 

We strive to process refunds promptly, and once the inspection is complete, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
