Are Your Bikes Difficult to Assemble?
No! Most of our bikes assemble easily in only 30 minutes or so. When your new bike arrives, it will come with an assembly manual. Still, we recommend taking it to your local bike shop so you can enjoy the best possible riding experience.

Will You Match a Cheaper Price Online?
If you find one of our bikes available and in-stock elsewhere online at a cheaper price, we will match that price as long as the listing is legitimate. This excludes Facebook Marketplace and eBay listings.
Once I Place My Order, How Long Will It Take My New Bike to Arrive?
Typically, an order will arrive 7-12 business days after it is placed. Our process is simple: Once you place your order, we send the details to one of our warehouses. Then, that warehouse packs your bike and ships it to your door.
How Do Returns Work?
You can return undamaged products within 10 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
You must return the original packaging, as well as all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with your order—anything not returned with the bicycle will result in a reduced refund or denial of the refund request.
All sales on bicycles discounted over 40% are considered final. These bicycles can only be returned if they arrive damaged.
To initiate a return, please fill out this return request form. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label, which you’ll need to affix to the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will perform an inspection to ensure all refund criteria are met, then promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.
