Great bike! I’m 5'3" and was a bit worried about the sizing, but it fits perfectly and isn't heavy at all. I've had it for three months now and it rides super comfortably on both paved roads and light trails. Highly recommend! Thank you.

If I could write a review with less than one star I certainly would for this particular bike company! I bought a bike that said that it was good for people 5'2 to 5 ft 6 and I am 5 ft 3! The bike came put it together and the bike was basically the size of my husband's large bike.... He is 6'4! I contacted the company and according to their policy I would have to pay for the fee to ship it back even though they were deceiving in the size of the bike when they sent it to me! I would highly recommend not buying from this company!

The parts were of poor quality, and I still had to pay a professional bicycle repair shop for maintenance.

I bought this bike for my wife and she likes it a lot. It is super smooth to pedal and ride and she likes that I could adjust the seat and front-end to make it more upright. I love the price and the nice features.I do have a complaint about how it arrived. There were no assembly instructions and no tools. I found the instructions online and had all the required tools so I was able to assemble it. There is a small tear in one of the seams on the seat a reflector was upside-down the gears only shifted from 4 - 7 one of the front brake pads was sideways some of the parts rubbed the frame so there are scratches in the paint one of the accessory bolts is missing etc. (I tried to add pictures but I could not.) I was able to easily correct most these but due to the way it was packed the derailleur touches two of the spokes when it is in first gear so it sounds like someone playing the harp. I don't think my wife will be in first gear much so it shouldn't be a big deal.I mention all these small things because it shows a lack of attention to detail. I recently bought a bike for me from another online company and none of the issues above occurred. Because none of the issues with my wife's bike were significant and because I was able to address them myself I still recommend this bike if you are somewhat handy and have a few basic tools of your own.

Do not waste your money. Both wheels arrived bent. Derailleur was also bent. Poor quality bike. You have been warned!

Very comfortable bike and built well. I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a full sized very well built bike.

Bought this bike for my wife to get her back into cycling recreationally and I was surprised at the quality and build of this bike. She loves the design and the ease of getting on and off of it and is comfortable with the thumb shifters as well. Bought the bike on sale and with the money saved had it professionally assembled and tuned at my local bike shop. It’s a win win for everyone. Kudos Mendam Bikes!

It is a startlingly high quality light bike and an exceedingly excellent value. It required typical but extensive bicycle assembly and adjustment. Only 2 comments that should not in any way be considered significant: It does not have a dedicated mounting point for a kickstand (not included) so required a generic kickstand with clamps. The wheel bearings were adjusted way too tight and were binding. I noticed and adjusted but I think that the subtleties of this adjustment might be a bit much for the average joe who might hope that putting the wheels on and adjusting the seat would be all that was required. That said brakes and gears required adjustment too. Nothing unusual here except that I have assembled similar bikes that were closer to road ready adjustment out of the box. It is a really really nice bike similar to the bikes selling retail for 2.5X the price in stores (fully assembled).

I was excited about the bike and the timing of the delivery was excellent. The problems started as soon as I saw the box. Clearly it was a returned item. The box was poorly taped together and there were marks and scratchs on the frame and bike - under the protective cardboard wrapping. NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS included. The chain was so twisted that I had to disassmeble the rear brakes remove the back tire and remove and diassemble the rear derailleur to correct it. And the handlebars once installed - DO NOT CONTROL THE FRAME OR THE FRONT WHEEL. Even the the pedals did not go on smoothly. Way too much plastic on this bike to be of real qualityy. I would not recommend this bike or this company.

I appreciate the efficient 7 speed drivetrain! It made it so easy for me to tailor my ride to my speeding preferences.

I love the minimalist design on this! It's not flashy but it gets the job done without over doing it. Save the design and let the bike speak for itself! Additionally all the features work great and this was a SUPER light bike!

The 7 speed drivetrain shifts smoothly and made it easy to tackle different terrain especially hills. I love the look of this bike as well and I love how light it is! It felt so high quality and I felt very fancy riding this!

The 700c tires are definitely perfect for road riding. While the ride was smooth and great I felt a little small for this bike. Sure the frame is step-thru and made it easy to get on and off but with the tires I was still on my tippy toes. While I did adjust it I wouldn't be comfortable riding on a bike that wasn't truly fit for me.

While I've always heard good things about Univega I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. Boy was I wrong! The quality on this is top-notch and I feel like you get a great value for the price!

I'd recommend this bike to anyone looking for a reliable road bike. It was a pleasurable ride and I loved how light it felt. I just wish they had different color options but I'm sure there's others out there that would actually love this color.

The 7 speed drivetrain works like a charm! The shifting is smooth and efficient. I felt like I could conquer any hill or trail with ease!
